7.0.0 Final Released

With 7.0.0-27791 we have concluded the work on the initial 7.0 general release, and have made it final. Please read the release notes on this final release.

We received positive feedback on the RC2 release and no general or structural blocking issues were reported or found. We only did one graphical update compared to RC2 in this release. This is on the login screen of the WebAccess.

We thank all individuals who have participated in beta and RC testing, and ask them to upgrade and start using this final for any further feedback.

The 7.0 series will now enter the normal maintenance release cycles, starting with 7.0.1, in which we address some user specific issues and the feedback we will receive on the final.



Zarafa 7.0.0 is already available in Fedora 14 and 15 as well as in Fedora EPEL 5 and 6 (for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and 6) via the "testing" repository. Please keep in mind, that the Fedora RPM packages are a community effort and thus not supported by Zarafa.
