Z-Push 1.5.6 final and 2.0 alpha4 (M4.1) released

Hi everybody,
we have recently released Z-Push 1.5.6 (latest stable) and Z-Push 2.0 alpha4-M4.1 (unstable).
The latest 1.5.6 contains fixes for Tasks in the Outlook Today view and introduces a interval parameter for push requests.
The new alpha of Z-Push 2 contains several stability related fixes and features. We would be very happy about your feedback on this version.

Today we released the third alpha release r907 (Milestone 4) of Z-Push 2.
This is the first version supporting ActiveSync version 14, allowing full HTML email synchronization on all capable devices. Between many features, it is e.g. possible to set/unset your out-of-office settings from your mobile (but not all devices support this).
There is a new tool called "z-push-top" which shows top-like informations about currently connected devices and their activity.

Zarafa Collaboration Platform ZCP 7.0.3 beta 1

Dear Zarafa users, We are please to announce the immediate availability of ZCP 7.0.3 beta 1 In this release we did a lot of bug fixing again. Around a hundred fixes where made in this release. Here are some highlights:
Fixed the caldav calendars in IOS 5Fixed a time zone issue in the WebAccess.Various upgrade fixes so you can upgrade with out problems.

Introduction into Zarafa during FUDCon Pune, India

I am going to give an introduction talk about the Zarafa Collaboration Platform during the Fedora Users and Developers Conference (FUDCon) in Pune, India. I will talk about its architecture and structure, its features, some future plans and how users and developers can contribute to it. Aside from that, I also would like to have a discussion about wanted or interesting features.

Support for PHP 5.3 in RHEL 5 via new php53-mapi RPM package

Red Hat introduced with with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6 a new PHP version for users, which whish to migrate to a more current PHP release. This new version was packaged as "php53" and replaces the regular "php" (PHP 5.1.x) if the user chooses to migrate.
Unfortunately, PHP 5.1 and PHP 5.3 are ABI incompatible, that means that PHP modules that were compiled for PHP 5.1 can not be run using PHP 5.3. Every PHP module that shall work with PHP 5.3 needs to be recompiled from source.

Changed naming conventions for Z-Push

Hi Z-Push'ers,
we are using a differnet naming convention starting with the 1.5.3 release. From now on it will have the following structure:z-push-[version]-{buildnr}.tar.gz and z-push-[version]-{buildnr} for the start folder inside the archive. For example: z-push-1.5.3RC-627.tar.gz with the start folder z-push-1.5.3RC-627 in it.
The final version won't have any tag.
For example: z-push-1.5.3-685.tar.gz with the start folder z-push-1.5.3-685 in it.
